The Passage
Family Camp International was birthed in prayer and the Word of God. The text was Ezra 8:21 where the Bible says, “Then I proclaimed a fast there, at the river of Ahava, that we might afflict ourselves before our God, to seek of him a right way for us, and for our little ones, and for all our substance.
The Purpose
Our world is characterized by broken homes and divided families. Our families do not know how to find direction from God. From the pulpit to the pew, our families must find “a right way”. Now is the time for a revival in the home.
The People
Dr. Zeb McDaris is the Director. We have many laborers together which are comprised of Pastors, Evangelists, Missionaries and layman who are interested in revival.
The Plan
The plan is simple but effective. We mean to pray, preach and print as much as the Lord will allow for a true revival in the Heart, in the Home and in the House of God.
The Places
We are working in our own communities through our local church and our camp facility, as well as around the world.
In Van-cleave, Mississippi, the Lord has given us a property for “Ahava”. “Ahava” is the home of our family retreat cabins and soon a full family, teen and church camp.
Nationally, our evangelists are conducting revival meetings, family conferences, seminars, camps and special programs to encourage and strengthen the families of our churches and uphold the hands of the men of God.
Internationally, we are working with national pastors and missionaries, hosting family camps to reach and teach the families on foreign fields.
The Plea
Pray! Nothing can be accomplished in the energy of our flesh. We need the Spirit of God upon us and those we are laboring with.
